| Quorn
Bolognese

Ingredients
Serves 4
1 pkg Quorn Grounds
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dried mixed herbs
4 tsp. red pesto
1/4 cup tomato puree
14 oz. canned chopped tomatoes
2/3 cup red wine
Salt and ground black pepper
1 lb. whole wheat Spaghetti, cooked
2/3 cup water

family favorite made easy.
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
2.
Add the onion and crushed garlic and sauté for 4 - 5
mins until soft.
3.
Add the Quorn Grounds and dried herbs and sauté for a
further 2-3 mins or until lightly browned.
4.
Add the pesto, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and red wine and
water.
5.
Season, bring to boil then simmer, uncovered, for about 20 mins
or until cooked through.
6.
Adjust seasoning, and toss with cooked whole wheat spaghetti.
